A LITTLE ABOUT  SPOOK DADDY

Spook Daddy, like his father Hercules, was born a coon dog. All it took was a couple of whiffs in the right direction, then it was off to the woods. Spook hunts with a style all his own. When he is in a block of woods, there's probably not but a few inches that gets by his smelling machine. When he is put to work, he has one thing on his mind, putting the meat in the tree. And believe me he can do it. He's about as accurate as it gets.

Spook has a real big mouth on him, with a roar on track. A big roaring locate turning over to a hard steady chop on the tree. Spook is one of the easiest going dogs I have ever known. There isn't an ill bone in his body. Although, when looking at him, it can be a little intimidating. He is big! I mean 100 lbs. in season big. At 5'6", when Spook trees he looks down at me.

I've told you about Spook's father Hercules, so let me tell you about his mother, April. April is now going on 13 years old. April is a loud hard track driving, hard treeing coon dog. She is probably the loudest dog I've ever hunted with. She is off one of the best coon dogs ever, Yadkin River Champ. April's mom, Rachel, was directly off Tar Rattler. (picture of Rachel on photo page)

Spook was breed once to a champ female, but I was told the pups died. Therefore, he has not had a chance to show he can reproduce good hounds.

If you're interested in giving Spook a chance at being a proud father and you like that old blood he's got running through his veins. Give me a call.
