       A LITTLE ABOUT HERC.

He is one of those dogs you hear about, that was just born a coondog. At six months old, after being trained on the bench, we decided it was time to see if he had what it took to be a coondog.
The next day, after a night of hunting where we took a coon, I decide to introduce Herc to the looks and smells of his hope to be new adversary. He went crazy, so I drug it off into the woods out of sight and hung it up a tree. To my surprise, when Herc. was turned loose, he preceded to open on the track and treed the coon. A week later, I had caught a coon in a live trap. After turning the coon loose, Herc. was put on the track to see what he could do. Two hundred yards later, he was hooked and had the coon. After that we just went hunting. When he was 7 months old, I quit competion hunting. Therefore, he only had the chance to be CH. out on the bench. The rest of the titles would have come easy.
Herc. has a very loud mouth on the track and tree, with an outstanding locate. He can tree a coon anyway it comes. Hot, cold, or layed up. Herc. is out of some of the oldest walker blood that's available anymore. If you're not sure about the dogs in his pedigree, ask some of the older coon hunters.
Herc. is now working on his 12th birthday. After keeping him for just personal use all of these years, we've decided to offer Herc. to the public for stud. Oh yeah, he can reproduce early starting, track driving, loud accurate tree dogs.
Well knuff said, if this is the type of coonhound and reproducer you want, then send us an email or give us a call. We'll be glad to hear from you.
